Collaborating with JUMP Simulation, the team and I worked to create an easy to use application that helps to train parents and guardians on how to use the LTE ventilator. We researched, designed, tested, and designed some more until the project was finished and ready to ship.

In order to better serve the company’s policy owners, we needed to redesign the portal user’s use to view their insurance policy information. I lead this redesign, creating an easy to use and understand portal that reinforces the brand image, is more accessible to users, and can help increase the company NPS.

For World Usability Day, Bradley University partnered with Caterpillar in order to give students real-world UX design experience. I worked in a small team to redesign CAT’s asset manager program. Our team went through the entire process of design, from recognizing our goals and users to creating a prototype for testing.

In order to improve Illinois Mutual’s SEO and accessibility standards, I led a redesign on the site’s navigation. Our overall goal was to make our site more accessible while implementing current best practices for usability and design.
